Email Communications Policy

This page states how Matthew Payne Consulting uses email, and our standing policy against advertising this web site, our sending domains, or our services using unsolicited email.

Who sends our email

All business email is written by and sent on behalf of Matt Payne personally, from mailboxes that Matthew Payne Consulting owns and operates on Google Workspace. We do not use affiliates, resellers, lead vendors, list brokers, or any other third party to send email that advertises or references this web site, our services, or any of our sending domains. No third party is authorized to do so on our behalf.

Who we contact

We contact business professionals in their professional capacity — financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, and fund managers — at the business addresses they publish for professional contact. We do not email consumers, and we do not use purchased consumer lists or addresses harvested from the web.

Standards every message must meet

• Sent one to one, in the first person, from a real, monitored mailbox that accepts replies.
• Accurate sender identity, subject line, and headers. We do not spoof, forge, or obscure the sender.
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are published and enforced on every sending domain.
• Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe mechanism, and any reply indicating "no," "not interested," or "remove" is treated as an opt-out.
• Opt-outs are applied immediately and permanently across all of our sending domains, and those addresses are never re-added.
• Recipient lists are verified before use so we do not send to invalid or abandoned addresses.
• Volume is deliberately low. No mailbox sends more than 30 messages per day.

What we do not do

• We do not send unsolicited bulk email.
• We do not share, sell, rent, or trade recipient addresses.
• We do not authorize any affiliate, partner, or third party to promote this web site or our services by email.
• We do not send from domains or infrastructure we do not own and control.

Reporting a violation

If you believe you received email from us, or referencing us, that violates this policy, forward it with full headers to abuse@matthewpayneconsulting.com, or simply reply to the message. Reports are reviewed and acted on within one business day.

Opting out

Reply to any message with "unsubscribe," use the unsubscribe link or header in the message, or write to abuse@matthewpayneconsulting.com. Requests are honored immediately and permanently.
